Address and getting to location
719 Putty Valley Rd Putty NSW 2330
You can either go via Singleton or via Windsor. The road via Singleton is very windy, while the road via Windsor is an easier road with more traffic lights and only a few windy segments.
If you enter the address (719 Putty Valley Road, Putty NSW 2330) into your Apple or Android Maps app before you leave home – it will take you to the destination – even when you lose reception. Key here is to ensure you have the address entered in prior to leaving.
Once you’re on Putty Road, just keep following until you see the turnoff to Putty Valley Road (you’ll see Putty Valley Adventures signs on this turnoff). You’re on Putty Valley Road for about 15 minutes until you reach the destination on your left.
There is no nearby public transport. The only way to get to location is via car. Please drive carefully.
Accommodation
As this is quite a fair way, we wouldn’t recommend driving after the wedding as it can be very dark at nighttime with no streetlights.
Camping – FREE
- Please bring your swags, tents, campers, and caravans as there will be free camping available onsite. Please note these are unpowered sites, so please bring battery packs, solar panels, and everything you need.
- There will be a shower, and toilets provided for the camping area to keep you fresh. There will also be a gazebo set up with mirrors and power if you need to style your hair.
Not camping?
- Why not hire a camper trailer or a motorhome? There are websites such as Camplify, which offer many options.
- Closest accommodation: There are only 6 rooms (max. 3ppl per room) with shared toilet/showers available 20 minutes from the property. It’s called Drovers Quarters at Chapman Valley Horse Riding. These are extremely limited, and you can check out all the details to book here. Please note when you book, to select the “Accommodation” tab.
- Other than the above, then the closest accommodation would be a minimum one hour away in either Colo Heights or Bulga.
Sunday Brunch & Beats
- There will be an optional extra party on the Sunday with a lineup of DJs and acts to continue celebrating the wedding of Amanda and Vashti.
- This will kick off mid-morning for the Sunday sesh of our dreams as we dance together with our favourite people and celebrate becoming newlyweds.
- Please let us know if you can make it when you RSVP.
- We hope you can join us.
Kids
We’ve decided to keep our wedding adults-only and appreciate your understanding.
TIPS
- There is no reception at the property – it’s time to switch off and be in the moment.
- Be prepared with supplies and everything you need as the closest shop is about 45 minutes away.
- We will provide beer, wine, soft drink, and water for the Saturday main event, but if you’d like extra drinks any other days or outside these drinks, then we’d suggest you pack extra just incase because it’s not close by to drive and get more. It’s better to be over-prepared than not to have any right? Just bring the extra case!
- There is no water source, so please pack water. We will be providing water, but no harm in bringing some extra.
- Bring your charging blocks, solar powered chargers, ice for your eskies, and lots of water!
- There will be bug spray available at the wedding, but it doesn’t hurt to pack some just in case.
- It can get cold at nighttime on the property – so please pack for diverse conditions – both warm and cold clothing.
- The details of this weekend are really important to Vashti and Amanda, so they’d really appreciate it if you take notice, appreciate, and enjoy them.

What will the weather be like?
- It’s hard to know exactly. All we do know is that even in the middle of summer, it can be cold on the property at nighttime – so pack for cold conditions as well as warm conditions.
Anything else?
- A lot of planning, money, and time has gone into this weekend – please respect the property and the items part of the wedding. Appreciate the small details and most of all, enjoy the experience. We look forward to celebrating with you.
